At Maruti Suzuki’s MQFC 2.0 dealer convention, a life-size AI avatar on our HoloBox took live questions from dealership representatives in English and Japanese, first on the main stage and then one to one.
The HoloBox worked in two phases on the same day. On the main convention stage, in front of 600 dealership representatives, the AI avatar answered unscripted questions from the floor. It then moved to a separate engagement area, where 120 or more representatives and dealership staff asked their own questions one to one.
About MQFC 2.0
MQFC 2.0 was an internal convention held by Maruti Suzuki India Limited for its dealer network, the second edition of the event. It was a company event, not a public show, with no registration, ticketing or exhibition floor. Maruti Suzuki has not published what MQFC stands for, an agenda or a theme line.

Date, venue and organiser
- Date: March 2025
- Organiser: Maruti Suzuki India Limited, for its own dealer network
- Audience: about 600 dealership representatives at the main-stage session
- Subjects: automobile technology, sustainability practices and market quality standards
MQFC 2.0 is a different event from the Maruti Suzuki Vendor Conference, which is for the supplier base and has its own venue, dates and deployment.
Why market quality brings dealers together
Market quality is how a vehicle performs once it is with customers, as distinct from checks on the production line. Dealers and their workshops see failures, complaints and wear first, so the network is where almost all field information comes from. A quality standard only works if every workshop diagnoses, records and escalates the same fault in the same way, which is a training and communication job as much as an engineering one.

What we delivered
Maruti Suzuki hired a HoloBox911 unit and crew. A life-size digital presenter inside an 86-inch 4K transparent enclosure took live, unscripted questions on the main stage, then moved to the engagement zone for one-to-one questions.
- Questions asked and answered in English and Japanese
- A far-field microphone array picked out questions over convention-hall noise
- Answers drawn only from material Maruti Suzuki had approved; where there was a gap, the avatar said so rather than invent an answer
- A 22-inch touch overlay carried supporting detail in the engagement zone
- No headsets or 3D glasses needed
The images on this page are HoloBox911 illustrations of the deployment, not photographs taken at the convention.
