The Challenge

HVAC equipment is technically complex — and demonstrating internal components, airflow dynamics, and performance specifications to a fast-moving exhibition crowd is a persistent challenge for the category. Edgetech came to Metaverse911 with exactly this brief.

The Solution

Metaverse911 built a three-layer immersive exhibition booth strategy for Edgetech — combining physical 3D print, augmented reality, and a digital sales assistant into a seamless phygital booth experience on the ACREX India 2026 floor.

A physical 3D-printed product model paired with marker-based AR product visualization. Visitors scanned the model with their phones to see internal components, airflow paths, and live performance data overlaid in real time — no app download required.

Cinematic animations showing exploded component views and real-world installation scenarios, played on booth screens to attract attention from across the aisle. Digital signage for exhibitions done with premium intent — impossible to ignore.

Interactive Touch Kiosk

A large-format interactive touch kiosk for trade show use — browse the full product catalogue, view spec sheets, watch demos, and email product information directly. Trade show lead generation technology that turns interest into pipeline.

Outcome

Anamorphic 3D Content on Flat LED Fascia

The Challenge

Avantec had a flat LED fascia display — the industry’s go-to for brightness. The challenge: everyone else had one too. Standing out from a sea of flat screens showing product specs required a creative technology leap, not just a louder screen.

The Solution

Metaverse911 turned Avantec’s flat LED into an anamorphic 3D illusion screen — making products appear to leap out of the display. Passersby stopped, pulled out phones, and filmed the content organically — amplifying Avantec’s reach beyond the exhibition floor.
