About Application:
The Visual Support App enables support agents, experts, and claim professionals to view your screen or use your Android device's back camera. To use the app, you need to be invited via SMS or start the interaction from a webpage. Once invited, download the app and return to the SMS or webpage to connect. During the interaction, you can utilize features like HD audio, adaptive video frame rate, screen sharing, co-browsing, a live remote pointer, drawing and annotations, pause video, photo and picture saving, and session recording. Importantly, the app does not allow remote agents to access any data stored on your device.
