When 500+ exhibitors compete for attention at India's biggest engineering trade show, how does one booth stop visitors in their tracks? Monotech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. answered that question at the 10th India Machine Tools Show (IMTOS 2025) – held from 11–14 July 2025 at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, Dwarka, New Delhi.

Partnering with Metaverse911, India's leading immersive technology company, Monotech deployed three cutting-edge solutions – a life-sized HoloBox, an interactive 3D touch panel, and custom anamorphic LED content – to create an immersive exhibition booth experience that attracted crowds, educated buyers, and positioned the brand as an innovation leader.

Here’s how each immersive booth technology delivered measurable impact on the show floor.

The Event – 10th India Machine Tools Show (IMTOS 2025)

IMTOS is India’s premier biennial trade show for machine tools, automation, and engineering machinery. Organized by K and D Communication Limited, the 10th edition brought together 500+ exhibitors from 14+ countries and over 50,000 trade visitors at the iconic Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi.

With decision-makers from automotive, aerospace, defence, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors walking the aisles, the show floor is one of the most competitive exhibition environments in South Asia. Standing out requires more than large machinery displays – it demands immersive exhibition booth technology that captures attention before a visitor even reaches the stall.

The Client – Monotech Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

Established in 1991, Monotech Engineers is one of India’s leading manufacturers of sheet metal machinery with installations across 45+ countries. Their product range includes hydraulic press brakes, shearing machines, plate rolling machines, EOT cranes, and special purpose machines – trusted across automotive, defence, railways, and heavy engineering sectors.

For IMTOS 2025, Monotech’s leadership – led by CEO Mr. Pallav Aggarwal – set three clear objectives: deliver a strong leadership presence, provide deep product education through 3D product visualization, and create unmissable visual impact from the main aisle. Metaverse911 was tasked with delivering on all three.

Solution 1

HoloBox – Life-Sized Holographic CEO Welcome

The Challenge

Mr. Pallav Aggarwal wanted to personally welcome every visitor and communicate Monotech's vision throughout the 4-day show – without being tied to the booth every hour.

The Solution

A life-sized HoloBox – a transparent holographic display unit – was installed at a prominent position within the booth. A pre-recorded message from the CEO played continuously, appearing as a photorealistic hologram visible without special glasses.

Solution 2

Interactive Touch Panel – 3D Machine Showcase

The Challenge

Monotech’s industrial machinery – press brakes, shearing machines, plate rolling machines, cranes – are large, complex, and impossible to bring entirely to an exhibition floor.

The Solution

An interactive touch panel was deployed, featuring Monotech’s complete machine range in high-fidelity 3D. Exhibition visitors could explore each machine interactively – rotate models, zoom into internal components, understand working mechanisms, and view technical specifications at their own pace.

Solution 3

Anamorphic 3D Content on P2 LED Screen – The Showstopper

The Challenge

With 500+ exhibitors, attracting footfall from the main aisle before visitors even reach your stall is the biggest battle. Monotech needed a visual hook that would stop people in their tracks from a distance.

The Solution

Custom anamorphic LED content was created and displayed on a P2 LED screen at the front fascia of the booth. Using forced perspective techniques, the content created the illusion of machinery and branded visuals breaking out of the screen in full 3D.

Why Immersive Exhibition Booth Technology Matters for Exhibitors

The Monotech Engineers booth at IMTOS 2025 is a textbook example of how immersive technology can elevate every layer of an exhibition strategy. Each technology served a distinct purpose within the visitor journey:

From first glance to deep engagement, these three immersive solutions worked together to create a booth that was impossible to ignore – a true immersive brand experience that drove measurable trade show engagement.
