Every assessment session maps employees into four maturity bands—Beginner, Emerging, Practitioner, and Leader—based on their performance. A Generalist track focuses on foundations and broad awareness, while Specialist and Expert tracks lean into deeper, domain‑specific sessions.The mapping happens automatically in the background based on performance patterns across multiple question sets. HR and academies then align classroom, virtual, or self‑paced journeys to each persona, instead of sending the same invites to everyone.
