Unleashing Sales Productivity with GenAI

We developed a Private LLM with XR Interface where we consolidated all their products information brochures adding a layer of Interactivity in existing sales training. AI Avatar powered app integrated within existing LMS, acts as a real-time expert. The Virtual Assistant (AI Dermat) is trained on the entire company profile, FAQs, Service portfolio and training content. Associates can ask questions verbally or via text, and receive instant, accurate guidance during calls. Multilingual support ensures global readiness.

There will be two Type of AI Avatars in the Application:

1. AI Dermat: This avatar will ask questions to the sales representative and then analyze the sales representative answers as well.
2. AI-Assistant:
This avatar will respond back to any question that representative have on the client Product Lineup

An AI Dermat - Role playing Avatar designed to transform sales training processes and an AI - Assistant Feature for General Product Related Concerns. The AI Dermat will serve as a virtual Dermatologies to whom the products are pitched by their sales team. The AI Dermat must ask follow up questions just as a real Dermat would, hence increasing the sales personels' Acumen.

The AI Assistant will be replacing a chatbot feature in their existing LMS adding a Personalised touch to solve queries, guiding sales personnel through product knowledge, procedure explanations, and interactive Q&A sessions.

Using advanced natural language processing (NLP) and analytics, the assistant evaluates sales representatives responses, provides improvement feedback & tracks their progress over time. This system ensures consistent, efficient & measurable training for the sales team.
