The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) is the statutory authority established under the Aadhaar Act, 2016 — responsible for enrolling residents and issuing Aadhaar, India’s biometric-based unique digital identity system.
With over 1.42 billion enrolled individuals, Aadhaar is the world’s largest biometric digital identity programme. It underpins nearly every critical digital service in India — from direct benefit transfers and banking to healthcare, income tax, and mobile authentication — making it the foundational infrastructure of India’s digital economy.
The Aadhaar App brings this identity system directly to citizens’ smartphones — enabling paperless KYC, face authentication, QR-based identity sharing, and secure offline verification. For UIDAI, every public-facing event is a strategic platform to communicate Aadhaar’s continuous innovation to policymakers, enterprise leaders, and global delegations.

The India AI Impact Summit 2026 was not just another industry event. Held from February 16–21 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, it was the world’s first major global AI summit hosted in the Global South — inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and attended by delegations from over 100 countries.
With approximately six lakh in-person attendees and a live audience of nearly nine lakh online, every square metre of exhibition space was under intense scrutiny. Hundreds of exhibitors competed for the same attention across one of the most high-profile government and enterprise exhibition floors in India’s recent history.
For UIDAI, this was a strategic opportunity — a chance to demonstrate that Aadhaar, the digital identity backbone of 1.42 billion Indians, was not simply infrastructure. It was innovation. The challenge: communicate that story compellingly in an environment where standard display formats simply would not cut through.

Metaverse911 designed and deployed an L-Shape Anamorphic LED installation mounted on the Aadhaar booth fascia. Two LED panels meeting at a precise 90-degree corner were custom-mapped to produce seamless 3D forced-perspective illusions visible from across the exhibition hall.
The content was purpose-built around the latest features and real-world implementations within the Aadhaar App. Rather than static slides or a standard video loop, the anamorphic treatment made Aadhaar’s capabilities feel tangible — digital elements appearing to float, extend, and emerge from the screen surface into the physical space.
“From the sweet spot, visitors weren’t watching a screen. They were watching Aadhaar’s technology reach out and demonstrate itself.”
Anamorphic is not just a visual effect — it is a strategic communication format. When standard display formats fall short, immersive exhibition display technology steps in.
Standard screens are expected at exhibitions. An anamorphic L-shape is not. The novelty alone causes people to stop, turn, and watch — before they even register what the content is.
The 90° corner is not a compromise — it is the feature. When two screens converge at a right angle, the human brain interprets the shared edge as a three-dimensional vanishing point, making the 3D illusion dramatically stronger.
In a crowded hall, most displays fight for attention at 2–5 metres. Anamorphic LED commands attention from 15–20 metres away, pulling foot traffic before the audience is even at the booth.
Technology products like Aadhaar are abstract — KYC, biometric auth, offline verification. Animated anamorphic content makes these invisible features physically demonstrable, tangible, and emotionally memorable.
For a statutory authority like UIDAI, the medium itself sends a message. Anamorphic LED communicates institutional ambition, technical leadership, and forward-thinking — without a single word of copy.
Anamorphic displays are among the most shared exhibition content on social media. Visitors instinctively film and share the effect, creating earned organic reach well beyond the six-day event window.
Every L-Shape anamorphic installation is built from scratch. There is no plug-and-play product — the geometry, warping mathematics, and content production are specific to each deployment.
90° L-Shape with precision corner mapping across both LED panels — the exact geometry determines the entire optical illusion.
Calibrated to actual summit-floor viewing distances and angles — the sweet spot is calculated precisely for each deployment context.
Full 3D modelling, animation, and mathematical warping — entirely produced by Metaverse911’s creative and technical teams, ensuring pixel-perfect delivery.
Metaverse911 crew present for installation, calibration, and event-day management — no handoffs, no intermediaries, complete ownership.
Maximised visual reach across the full expo hall footprint — designed to attract attention at 20m distance while delivering full impact up close.

The anamorphic content loop was structured as a 3D product reveal sequence — each Aadhaar App capability given its own visual ‘moment’ within the animation.
Each Aadhaar App capability received its own visual ‘moment’ within the animation loop — no feature was treated as secondary. Interface elements, data flows, and implementation scenarios appeared to physically exist in space between LED wall and viewer.
For an audience of global policymakers, technologists, and enterprise leaders, this format converted an app feature walkthrough into an immersive brand experience — elevating functional communication into something that creates genuine recall.
Content did not just show Aadhaar features — it showed them in context: rural banking, healthcare access, travel identity, and social benefit delivery. Concrete use cases, rendered as floating 3D experiences.
The core value proposition of anamorphic LED for government and enterprise exhibitors: it elevates functional communication into something that creates genuine recall. Aadhaar’s 1.42 billion user story deserved nothing less.

Metaverse911 delivered the complete anamorphic LED pipeline for the Aadhaar activation — from booth analysis to event-day operations. No handoffs.
Comprehensive site and brief analysis to determine the optimal LED format, panel dimensions, corner angle, and placement position for maximum impact at the Bharat Mandapam floor plan.
Full in-house 3D production — concept, storyboard, modelling, rigging, and animation — all calibrated to the Aadhaar App’s specific features, visual identity, and communication objectives.
The most technically demanding phase — every pixel of animation is mathematically distorted to align with the precise geometry of the L-Shape corner and the calculated viewer sweet spot distance.
Post-production media processing, LED content formatting, and quality verification — ensuring playback-ready files matched the exact specifications of the physical LED hardware at the venue.
Full on-site crew for LED installation, corner alignment, playback system setup, and final calibration — ensuring the anamorphic sweet spot was perfect before the summit floor opened.
Dedicated on-site operations team present throughout all five summit days — real-time monitoring, immediate technical support, and uninterrupted display performance from day 1 to day 5.
At a summit where every exhibitor competed for the same 6 lakh pairs of eyes, the Aadhaar anamorphic LED installation became one of the most discussed booth experiences on the floor.
Maximum Dwell Time: The anamorphic illusion created a natural pause point — visitors stopped mid-stride to understand what they were seeing, dramatically extending booth engagement time.
Long-Distance Visibility: Fascia placement ensured the display was visible from across the expo hall, functioning as a beacon that drew foot traffic from 20+ metres away.
Policy-Level Engagement: The visual sophistication positioned Aadhaar credibly for international delegations and government-level stakeholders — beyond a standard government booth.
Zero Technical Issues: Five consecutive summit days of uninterrupted playback — on-site Metaverse911 operations team ensured continuous, fault-free performance throughout the entire event.
Portfolio-Grade Deployment: This activation now stands as a reference deployment for government-sector anamorphic LED — demonstrating the format’s viability at India’s highest-profile events.
